The butter to my corn muffins. My mom and I were sitting down watching the Cooking Channel when Bobby Flay was doing an episode on Crumpets and Fresh Butter. I just used his two ingredient recipe and I had fresh butter.
All you need to do is whip the cream on low so it doesn’t splatter, and as it thickens, speed up your mixer. Eventually it’ll go from a cream to a whipped cream and finally to a creamy, not so thick, butter. I’d throw in a small pinch of salt when it’s at a whipped cream consistency.
